Cookies, local storage and your privacy choices at PW Botanica.
Scope and controller
This policy covers cookies and similar technologies, including browser local storage, on PW Botanica. The controller is PW BOTANICA Sp. z o.o., whose contact details are below. Updated: 21 October 2026.
Necessary storage
We store your consent choice in local storage (pwb-consent), with a policy version and timestamp, for up to 180 days before asking again. Website security and authentication storage may be used when you request sign-in. Necessary technologies do not require optional consent and cannot be disabled in our settings. We do not create a shopping or analytics profile from your consent record.
Analytics — Google Analytics
Google Analytics is used only after explicit analytics consent. Before then, its script is not loaded, no analytics requests are sent and no Google Analytics cookies are set by this website. After consent, it measures visits and page views using first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_<measurement ID>. We configure a 180-day cookie lifetime, which may renew during consented visits, and disable advertising signals and advertising personalization. We do not include checkout session IDs or search parameters in page views. Google may process data outside the EEA under its applicable transfer safeguards. See Google's privacy information at https://policies.google.com/privacy. Retention of analytics reports is separately governed by the Google Analytics property settings.
Functional storage
With functional consent, local storage remembers your cart (pwb-cart: product IDs and quantities), currency (pwb-currency) and language (pwb-language). These entries remain until you withdraw permission or clear browser storage. Without functional consent, the cart and currency remain in page memory only and can be lost on refresh or a full navigation; the language is determined by the page URL. Shopping and checkout remain available.
Payments — Stripe
Stripe is loaded only when you select the payment action at checkout. Stripe may use cookies such as __stripe_mid and __stripe_sid and other technologies strictly required for payment processing, fraud prevention and security. These are necessary for the payment you requested; Reject Optional does not block payment. Provider-controlled lifetimes and third-party storage depend on Stripe and your browser. See https://stripe.com/privacy and https://stripe.com/legal/cookies-policy. This website does not enable payment-provider marketing tracking through its consent banner.
Future marketing cookies
No marketing trackers are currently installed. Any future marketing cookies or similar technologies may be activated only after separate, explicit marketing consent. Accepting analytics does not give marketing permission. This policy will be updated to identify providers and purposes before new marketing tools are introduced.
Consent and withdrawal
Only necessary technologies are enabled by default. Accept All enables the optional categories; Reject Optional leaves them off; Cookie Settings lets you choose separately. You can reopen Cookie Settings from every page footer or this policy, change choices or withdraw optional consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. Withdrawal stops future analytics collection and removes accessible first-party Google Analytics cookies and our functional storage. It does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal. We cannot directly delete cookies on another provider's domain; you can clear those in your browser.
Browser controls and your rights
Your browser also lets you delete or block cookies and local storage; blocking necessary technologies may affect sign-in or payment. Clearing the consent record makes the banner appear again. You can contact contact@pwbotanica.pl about personal data and request access, correction, deletion or restriction, and complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
