Choose a stable container with drainage holes and space for mature roots. Use container growing mix rather than dense garden soil. Check the plant label for light requirements.
Containers often dry faster than garden beds. Check moisture regularly, especially in warm or windy weather. Water when the plant needs it; a large pot does not eliminate moisture checks.
Plan safe drainage and access for watering. Perlite may improve aeration. If using hydrogel, follow the pack dosage and check plant suitability; it does not replace irrigation.
